Shipping to the United States is always free.

For destinations outside the United States, shipping charges may vary by country or region based on destination-specific requirements and shipping arrangements. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

How It Works

Conditions

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition — free from scratches, signs of use, or alterations
• Returns must include all original packaging and any complimentary gifts received with the order
• Please use a trackable shipping method when sending items back, so we can ensure your return is received safely
• Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) cannot be processed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method. If a complimentary gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
