Shipping to the United States is always free.

For destinations outside the United States, shipping charges may vary by country or region based on destination-specific requirements and shipping arrangements. For orders shipped to the European Union, a shipping fee of approximately US$18 applies. Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

• Returns must include all original packaging and any complimentary gifts received with the order
• Please use a trackable shipping method when sending items back, so we can ensure your return is received safely
• Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) cannot be processed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method. If a complimentary gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
