Track Your Order
Most of our packages need to arrive at the local location before we can get logistics information. Usually within 7 working days.
We will process orders within 48 hours. After the order is processed, tracking information will be available online within 7 days. This means that your shipping information will be available for online tracking within 7-9 days.
For the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Mexico, 99% of our shipments are handled by Local high-quality logistics provider and can be tracked on 17track.net. The shipping time is 5-14 business days.
For other countries, 95% of our shipments are handled by China Post. The shipping time is 8-18 business days.

What should I do if I received wrong or missing merchandise?

Do I need to pay customs or import charges?
Depending on the country we are shipping to, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. You are responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your local customs office for additional details.

Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Mewjews, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns and Cancellations
Before returning an item, please contact us.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 2-3 business days. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (please provide your order number or confirmation email).
30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee on Unopened and Unused Merchandise
Unopened and unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The product will be inspected at our warehouse, and the refund will be processed following this inspection. Please contact our support email for the return address. Return shipping charges must be paid in advance, and COD packages are not accepted. For warranty claims not related to quality, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. All goods and accessories must be in their original packaging. Returned items that are used or in poor condition will not be accepted. Please send a photo of the returned package and the tracking number to hi@AmoraLuxa.com. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Returns may be refused if the above requirements are not met.
Items can be returned within 15 calendar days from the shipping date. Returns due to non-quality related issues after the warranty has expired will be refused. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hi@AmoraLuxa.com (please provide your order number and item condition).
Our customer service team will confirm the reason for the return and request photos of the product and packaging from different angles.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your refund after your return is received. It usually takes 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Disputed orders may take 3-6 months to resolve.
12-Month Warranty
We take responsibility for quality issues and provide a 12-month warranty for quality concerns. Any damage or misuse of the item by the purchaser will void the warranty. We will provide a replacement or refund after confirmation via hi@AmoraLuxa.com (please provide your order number and item status).
Late or Unpaid Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us at hi@AmoraLuxa.com
Exceptions
The warranty does not apply to:
